Marquardt, 55, confessed before US District Judge Greg Kays on Wednesday to one count apiece of wire fraud and filing a false tax return.<\/p>\n<p>The USAO-WDMO took to X with news of the former executive director\u2019s guilty plea:<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Justin R.
